Duke Studios is an open collaborative space in the City Centre of Leeds. With a company motto of people first, business second, Duke is not your usual workspace provider. Based around a Coworking model, Duke Studios provides a range of workspaces, creative services and facilities.
Duke Studios also provides creative meeting and event space available to anyone looking for something different. Our spaces are not corporate and do not follow the hotel conferencing model. We provide interesting and creative spaces that will help you to think and achieve great stuff.
Duke Studios is made up of creatives from many different fields – Animators, Web Developers, Software Developers, Online Marketeers, Designer Makers, Commercial Interior Designers, Retail Designers, Photographers, Film Makers, Architects, Graphic Designers, Illustrators, Landscape Architects, Copywriters, Art Directors, Makers, Travel Writers, DJs, Producers, Service Designers, SEO Professionals, PPC Marketeers, Tech Startups, Bloggers in Music, Fashion, Food and Design. Making us a pretty nifty creative powerhouse.
Coworking: Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm (except bank holidays)
Desks: Monday to Sunday 8am-11pm
Studios: 24/7 Access
Our meeting spaces are open 7 days a week for meetings. Our usual working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Any meetings out of hours are subject to extra costs.
Coworking: £130 inc VAT per month (monthly rolling contract)
Desks: £275 inc VAT per month (6 month contract)
Studios: From £490 inc VAT per month (12 month + contract)

The Not Bored Room – suitable for up to 10 people
£55 + VAT p/h, £75 + VAT p/h (out of hours)
£350 + VAT for a full day
The Conservatory – suitable for up to 35 people
£80 + VAT p/h, £95 + VAT p/h (out of hours)
£550 + VAT for a full day
The Events Space – 100 people seated, 250 standing max capacity
£550 + VAT half day (9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm)
£1100 + VAT full day (9am-6pm)
£1100 + VAT evening (6pm-1am)
We offer discounted rates for small charities, social enterprises and not for profit companies. Please let us know if you think you might qualify for this discount.
